If I were him I'd say fine...and when it happened I'd let all our friends know why you divorced me. I feel if you're that stupid it would be my duty to alert other people so they don't make the mistake of wasting their life on you.
And as a guy who has dated liberal and conservative women i don't give a crap who you vote for as long as you're not some far right or far-left fanatic then vote for who you want. At the end of the day nothing really changes that much for most Americans.

My ex wife did, but I didn't divorce her because she's liberal, she was an awful person and still is.
I dated liberal women and you'd be surprised about how many don't care about your politics if you're a secure guy, treat them with respect, have a steady good paying job and are physically attractive. Hell you don't even have to have the good paying stuff, my friend is a blue collar guy with great physique and he's a good talker and a Trump supporter. The guy dates all sorts of women he meets in the gym or on dating apps and most of them are liberals.
It can work if you don't let politics consume your life. I find if you let it rule your entire existence you're a boring person for me anyways. You can sit there an complain online about abortion rights or whatever the new talking point is this week. I'll go out kayaking, for a trail run with my dog or sailing. I'll be happier than you will be I promise you that.

It’s not about route causes, but how they plan to vote in the 2024 election. That’s a different article.
This thread is about dating someone with different political views…not why they have different views.
The trend is even playing out with MC women. It’s also not about the issues you mention above (which is also lazy)…but you should read the article.

David French has an interesting op-ed about this in the Times. There are positive male roles model out there.

You mean Hawley, Cruz, Stefanic, Desantis, Trump, C Thomas, Cotton, and God countless others. And by the way these universities still continue to pump these types of people. I don't know their socio economic background but I will suspect many of them or a good portion of them come from privilege background. My son goes to an Ivy league school and I'll be honest his academic credentials alone didn't get him in. Yes he is a good student but nothing stellar. It is what it is.
Wow I had to look up the.college they went to on Wikipedia. Desantis and Cotton went to Harvard? Wow I would have never thought.

Basically, men are turning towards Trump and women more liberal which is chilling the dating scene.
