This sounds like a go. The northernmost parts of silver spring/ aspen hill areas are cheap and pleasant.

That's definitely not Poolesville or the W schools (looking at you, Whitman and Churchill).
Blacks are not supported there.

I would focus on schools with FARMs rates below 30%. Academics start to suffer once it gets higher.

There are a lot of minorities in Poolesville.


The population of Poolesville is 1,242: 78% non-Hispanic white, 0.3% Black or African-American, 9.2% Asian-American, 5.5% two or more races. Also, 8.3% Hispanic or Latino (of any race). I would not consider that "a lot of minorities in Poolesville", but your opinion may be different.
