Try telling that to a millennial parent. They will get uncomfortable like they don’t know how to comport with a positive trump characteristic that directly improved their lives and that of their children.
It was only for federal employees. Not sure how that would affect the vast majority of millennials.

Agree completely. Ivanka/Trump actually did something no one before was willing to do for fed employees with parental leave.

The next president will not give pay raises regardless and is trying to fire employees/get them to quit.

it's not like we are getting a raise anyway. It's about to be 4 years of pay freeze or either 1%. Obama years are coming back.
Yeah this is the last chance for a meaningful increase for the next four years so let’s hope Biden takes it.
