Keanu Reeves. What happened to him in 1999-2000 was beyond tragic (his child was stillborn, shortly after his girlfriend spiraled down into drug addiction and died while driving while intoxicated).
He never really had any relationships after that, but also didn't become a womanizer like most Hollywood celebrities.
He's also just a really good guy who does philanthropy and gives away his money to people on set who need it. He actually negotiates in his contracts that the crews get a portion of his earnings.

Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears - they were both exploited by stage parents and neither seem like bad people - just messed up due to young stardom and addictive behaviors. And they are both talented.

+1 she'd need to date outside the industry for that. She won't find a good guy like that in her professional circles. She needs to never date another actor, for sure.

I struggle with Celine. She seems like such a diva, in a weird self-centered way. But, she never had a childhood, was supporting her family financially as a young person (similar to Shania), was groomed by Charles, and has incredible talent. I think I’m rooting for now that I type it all out.
