Oh my goodness, my kids used to say "It doesn't care" for "It doesn't matter/I don't care"

Definitely still used.

For some reason, my son thought maraschino cherries were called parmesan cherries. We still call them that.

Love it - my kids always called carbonated water "spicy water". We all still call it that.

Hard pants and soft pants. Hard pants are khaki material or jeans. Soft pants are sweats or athletic material.

Flubbernutter for fluff. We have it so rarely that the name just kind of stuck.

This isn't really the same but DS is a teenager and will still ask to play "keep uppy" with one of those punch balloons or something similar. We've been playing it since he was a toddler, basically like volleyball with a balloon. It's just funny to hear my deep voiced 5'11" teen ask to play "keepy uppy "

Mohead for moped

Squinkles for sprinkles

Sue-bop for syrup

We don't say any of these in public but at home we'll still same them. Kids are 10.

DD was really fascinated by early human ancestors when she was in elementary school. She’d learned about homo habilis, homo heidelbergensis, homo erectus, etc. Because she had no idea that “homo” could be considered a slur, she innocently blurted out, “Can you imagine what those homos would think of us today?!” at dinner with relatives.

Hilarious.

My sister called cucumbers cumcubers ans 30 years later my dad finds it so funny he still calls them cumcubers despite our protests.

My toddler will occasionally throw an “ok?” onto the end of an otherwise declaratory sentence. My favorite is “I love you so much, ok?” and I’ve started saying it myself.

We still say “I’m just preteasing” (mash up of pretending and teasing from my older DD who he now 11)

We don’t use it often but really like “I’m in a bit of a pig-hold” (instead of pickle) from our DD who is now 7.

Out 7 year old likes picking out “spacaragus” at the grocery store and I don’t know whether we’ll use that forever but it definitely is now what we call asparagus.
