He was a good coach that ran a solid program and led us to multiple state championships before running into the same overarching problem that Ince is inheriting - recruiting. SSSA has a school admissions office that is unfriendly to athletes and an Alexandria pipeline that’s a fraction of what it once was. Ince is at the mercy of factors he doesn’t control. KJ’s pipeline is totally different. It’s been in place for a generation and the girls who apply (mostly) don’t need any help from admissions.

SJC did it in 2 seasons by promising 12 Annapolis Hawks (appx 8 stayed all 4 years) parents their kids would play right away and he has connections to college. It's not that difficult.

That’s the formula with the crazy full pay so our kid can go to bowdoin crowd. GC wiil be in the WCAC playoff semifinal mix until smith moves on. And sta will still be at the bottom next year.
