Princeton says most families with income of up to $300,000 will get some financial aid. I think at the tippy-top schools, you can get aid with an income of $240,000.

I haven’t seen where Princeton has been more specific about how much financial aid will to to the over $250 bracket, but according to The Crimson, Harvard (previously the most generous with financial aid) requires parents with income at $285k to pay “37% of their post-tax income” which seems to be very close to full freight, which I guess is consistent with “up to $300k” getting financial aid (even if the over $250 crowd is getting a minimal amount).
