Me again. I'm a very fine-boned Asian, so when I was 110lbs, I didn't actually look skinny, just normal. Now 120lbs, in my 40s, sometimes I feel as if I'm carrying too much for my bones. I know people here may not understand, since most of them have a stronger bone structure. My family is very slender.

I was 120-125 back in my teens and early 20s. I’m 45 now. So I feel like I’m huge compared to these weights people have.
Well me too, im 142 but have been losing 1.2 lbs a week...sooo maybe ill see if i can get to 135...or less? No idea at this point
Kind of aiming for the same. What have you been doing that works?
Filling up on better quality foods (for fiber and protein) = less craving for snacks.
Same but I’ve kind of stalled for the last 10 days.
