Not really remarkable. DJT is not a typical commodity. This is not just a company for investment, this is a company tied to a political movement and a person. The value of the stock is more tied to the person and the movement than it is to any market values.

According to the merger agreement, Trump will be allowed to begin selling DJT stock if the share price remains above $12 for any 20 trading days following the 150 days after the closing of the DWAC deal, which it so far has done. If the stock dips to below $12 by Friday, Trump can instead begin to sell on Sept. 25.
