FWIW, you don't have to live in Crosspointe to swim for Crosspointe. We live in one of the cute old 1930's houses on Ox Rd (no HOA) and join as associate members and my son swims for the team.

Agree, if you won’t be here permanently it will be much easier to find a rental in the Fairfax Station, Burke, West Springfield area.

You do not want to commute to Ft. Belvoir from Prince William County and eastern PWC is not nice and has crappy schools.
