Demi looks great. So, it CAN be done.

The summary version:
She had what was considered “good” procedures a long time ago when docs handled fillers a certain way, but now they take a different/better approach…so her old procedures screwed up her face. She did too much around her mouth and lines/folds around her nose/cheeks—making her mouth/lips too wide and her lower face too masculine.
There’s speculation she’s trying to first things up so she can have a proper facelift.
She does look wider and more masculine. Again: it’s old technology at play. Too many quick fixes when what she really needed was a facelift.
Can you expand on what you mean by old technology. And what would should have been done? I always hear you should hold off on the face lifts as long as possible with min face lifts.
DP. Here is a plastic surgeon discussing misuse of fillers:

As a young actress on a very popular tv show, she was pretty in a cute way: thin, tan, great hair, and a fun personality on screen.
As she aged, she built a lean, toned yoga-looking body and was always photographed with great hair and cool clothes. She had an ideal and attainable aesthetic, often pictured in great jeans and fabulous yet basic tops that showed off her arms.
She’s not the most gorgeous actress. But she built a brand on her best features and was heavily photographed long before social media influencers were a thing. She was essentially an influencer before social media thanks to magazines. She was everywhere all the time—on magazine covers and style columns.
She’s a mediocre actress and I suspect she’s a broken person with a lot of issues, but nonetheless she established herself as an A list celeb…mostly by leveraging her best assets.
