Does anybody know? Also curious if anybody knows NVA or Union?
I heard today that NS is leaving NVA. And DB from McLean was hired.
Is this the 09 coach?
Who will DB have? That's a big loss for McLean.
Best recruiter around. Not much coaching but sure can go after other club’s players.
I guess players coach themselves to win a ton of games alone.
No but it’s not hard to coach “run fast and go to goal.” Good time to leave as that strategy won’t last much longer for his group.
You’ve clearly never watched the NVA 2009s play.
Agreed. The NVA 2009s are probably the only possession oriented ECNL / GA team in the area.
You obviously never seen them play. They play the same as VDA. Kick and run.
This is objectively not true. Maybe a few years ago, but just a false statement now.
Their entire goal is to get it to the striker. It's a very direct play. They skip the midfield whenever possible. How many times do they just punt the ball instead of playing out the back?
Seen enough VDA games that the person saying it's objectively false must not know style or system of play. They do not value the ball, they always high press in hopes of a turnover in the final third. No emphasis on building out of the back, everything forward and direct as far as possible, often skipping the midfield entirely.
They value forwards.

What teams/clubs is Roberto coaching now?
