They said spring, so it should be soon. But it's disappointing because it doesn't leave much time for tours before the end of this school year.
My DC's elite high school counselors made sure to give us ideas of schools to tour over Junior year spring break. If your kid's school is that good, they should be doing the same.
I chuckle every time I see "elite". My FCPS DS got an appointment to West Point and a ride to Princeton.
I chuckle when people talk about “rides” to schools that only give need based aid.
You sound jealous.

She isn’t getting into Wake or BC with that GPA, the rest are possible
I have Scoir data for a similar private. WF is right on the line, BC is generally doable.
It all depends on the relationship the private has with one college or another.

This is not true! a B+ to A- grade at TJ won't get you admitted to UVA for sure. UVA is looking for 4.3+ minimum there and only offers to about 1/4 of the graduating class. OP, if your kid is at TJ, UVA and VT are not match schools if the grade is B+/A-.
What about a kid with similar stats from another FCPS high school like Chantilly or Centerville. Not aiming for School of Engineering.

Low reach might be an “easier” Cornell school like human ecology, not top but not bottom NESCAC like Colby or tufts. Other schools like Davidson or wake or grinell would fall into this category. UVA or Emory if interested.
High target might be BU/BC, Tulane, a nescac like bates, other top but not as popular schools like macalester, pitzer, Carleton, or a UT Austin.

Not ED Chicago and Cornell unfortunately with a 90.
May I suggest Grinnell, Bates, Denison, Davidson ED. My kid's friend with a similar academic profile and similarly talented got in ED at Davidson.
