I think people made fun of the shape of his head at the beginning of his life, so Paris probably covers it so they don't keep making fun. Or to protect him from the sun when outside.
His head shape is odd. People were concerned he may actually have something wrong with him and that upset her so she put him in hats. He does seem to be a bit delayed in some of his physical milestones. He is walking very unsteadily (based on the video) and he’s over 18 months now. My guess is he has low muscle tone.
+1 Anyone who has worked with kids who have special needs would likely think the same

It is scary seeing him stumble around on the net which is directly over moving water. She responded to a fan’s concern saying, “we were watching him like hawks.” It doesn’t matter - accidents happen and the next minute that baby could be in the water without a life jacket. What if the bet gave way? Or he quickly climbed furniture near the edge of the boat? She’s an idiot.
Oh my god, shut up you judgmental bortch. She has ADHD and was abused for much of her childhood. Give the woman a break.
What the hell does that have anything to do with making sure your child is safe on a boat?? That child should be in a life jacket.

Not to mention baby could have taken and passed the infant "swim" lifesaving class thing. This is literally one tiny blink of her day. Learning disabilities or not anyone could look bad from a 10 second video or even a photo.
We are talking about an ocean. Taking an infant swim lifesaving class would do absolutely nothing if that baby fell into the open water like that while the boat was moving. You are an idiot.
I hadn't watched the video before I commented. Well I just did. No where in that video is he actually in danger. The one moment is looks like he may venture towards an area that doesn't have the best railing, the video cuts to a second video in a different location. Clearly she stopped him and made sure he was safe. I'm definitely not the idiot... that's you dear.
