This is made up. The state of Maryland, as opposed to DC, allowed anyone to get shots without proof of residency. They did however have prioritization based on age/risk factors. It’s just that they did not have any vaccination centers in Montgomery County. The closest were Ravens Stadium, Hagerstown, Six Flags and Salisbury.

Cops are already doing this, except they are MD and VA cops chasing suspects in DC, not DC cops.

I drive an old car that I assume no one will want to carjack, so car companies are not getting money from me buying a new car.
