Eliminate alimony.
No, that's completely unfair if one spouse left the workforce to focus on home/kids.

I don’t think the law is insane. I think affairs should be punishable this way. Technically it’s a crime and people who have them should be jailed.

Stacking coins means getting individual finances together (usually with the intent of leaving). So secret bank accounts or an existing individual bank account that’s abnormally higher than usual.

Yep. My spouse talked about his best friend and how awful he was about cheating/infidelity, etc. It was like testing the waters and aksi serves to make you think they have some morality-ethics-empathy. They often have a weird disconnect. For example, “I never say anything bad about my wife and always talk highly of her—so therefore I’m there mind they don’t think their cheating is bad or like the other guy’s—because hey- I love my wife.
We also had a running joke about his “mistress”. Well- I’ll be damned he actually had one. It’s a complete mind fkkkk.

Sorry it sounds next-level manipulative mind eff-erry The “benevolent cheater.” If he loves his wife so much why does he have to make her a stooge by having a one-sided joke, not a joke for two, that he has a mistress - ha ha.
