His wife only died in summer 2021. It's now fall 2023 and they're getting married? How long did he wait after his wife passed before he started dating? 6 months if that? And based on timing I'm guessing Tinsley is the first person he dated, and now they're getting married? And there's 3 kids involved that lost their mom? This doesn't seem like it's necessarily a recipe for success. Which is too bad, because I really was happy for Tinsley, and obviously these kids have lost enough already.
Looks like they met in October 2021 at a wedding according to the NY Times. https://www.nytimes.com/2023/11/24/style/tinsley-mortimer-robert-bovard-wedding.html
I really hope she steps up as a mom to those kids. What a story. She looks a little weird in those pictures - like foggy or tipsy? Maybe it's just the makeup.
Dale looks fantastic in those photos. She's still a beauty (even though she's a bit crazy).
Can’t see anything, you need a log in. Fail.

1. After she emceed the circus: https://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-city/season-11/episode-9/videos/bethenny-frankel-needs-a-break
My issue here is that it’s good to express your emotions, it was so unprofessional to be videoed doing this while still at the circus (work). Who would hire you again?
2. Her ex surprised her. This is so dramatic and stupid looking

3. And 4.
Is only dating a man (not engaged) and goes on tv to try on wedding dresses which she’s knows he’d see.
Has her eggs retrieved, not fertilized, and sobs just seeing a picture of them.

Many widowers remarry quickly especially if the former spouse was ill for a long time.
I remember seeing an announcement about the death of a mom of a student in my DCs class around Thanksgiving. I met the student's new step mom at back to school night the next September. So less than a year later the dad remarried. I think having young kids increases the speed too.
DP. Do we know that she was ill for a long time though? I keep seeing that without any references to anything. My dad died from prostate cancer that he had for ten years so I get your point. But frequently when younger people (under 50) die from cancer they tend to have more aggressive cancers.
I cannot imagine any advantage to speculation about the course of the first wife's disease, but there are plenty of young parents who don't tell their kids they're dying until the last possible moment. If you don't know any, count your blessings, because it's heartbreaking.
And I also don't see any merit in telling DCUM what you'd do if you were in that situation and how much better that would be (trying to shut down a particularly offensive form of speculation here, not that I think it will work)

Her maiden name is Mercer. She kept Topper’s last name even after they divorced because it’s way more prestigious.
Tinsley is a weird name. Pretentious, which is the vibe I got from her mother when I used to watch RHONY. Timsley herself, however, seemed like a genuinely nice person.
Tinsley’s full given name was Tinsley Randolph Mercer. Her sister was Dabney Winston Mercer. These are pretty standard Richmond high society-type names.
+1. Adding that in the south it’s considered low class to have a normal trendy name. The middle name is often a family name or you go by your middle name.

Tinsley should just go back to Topper or find someone else.
Maybe Ramona’s ex husband!
