The only hope for anyone other than Trump or Biden to be elected will be through an alternative R or D candidate that emerges due to Trump or Biden backing out of the race or in Trump's case being forced out due to legal issues. An independent party candidate can not pull enough R and D voters away from their loyalties between now and election day 2024. If one of them backs out of the race, the other one will have little chance of beating any well established and well liked candidate that jumps in the race. Vote for Kennedy if you think he is the person for the job but he isn't winning.
Even if Trump is in jail (which he wouldn't be by then) the MAGAs will still vote for him.
And yes, independents can pull enough votes to impact the election. See 2006 where Putin-funded Jill Stein pulled enough to scuttle the Clinton bid.

DP. Nader, Nader, Sanders/Stein. Kennedy/Flynn can’t win, but they can get Treason Trump in if enough people (“Life long Democrats”) decide to screw over America.

I mean as long as he's not taking away vax from anyone which I don't think he can - we do have a running democracy with Congress legislating, I'm not sure I really care and I'm not anti vax. What I do care about is who he may appoint to Supreme Court given abortion policy as Im heavy pro choice. I care about his stance on immigration, foreign policy and how he fares in the world as a leader. I care about his competence but I don't know that I need to agree on 100% of his beliefs and platforms. I know I'm not voting for crazy Trump and I know I can't vote for Biden/Kamala as I have zero trust in either to lead effectively moving forward. So I'm just saying, if it's just the 3 of them, maybe I'll actually hear Kennedy out.
As I said he will pull from both parties
He just came out in favor of reparations. He’s done on the R side.
I wonder what his endgame is
He was pulling from Rs before, it seems
