Wtf! The city had done such a good job cleaning up this area and at the very least moving this off the street. Tbh, I don’t go out much these days for late dinners, but this feels like bad slippage by the city.
Has it been like this for a while? These women were literally half naked. I had not seen this in years.
DEFUND THE POLICE !
The police are more likely to beat them or patronize them than help them.
Give them a universal basic income, mental health / addiction services if needed, and you might just take away their "need" for that line of work.
Of course if it's what they choose to do without coercion then who cares?
Nobody with a better option would ever choose sex work voluntarily.
It's a great job market right now, so no one should have to do sex work, unless they are forced into it (which then suggests that it should be an even greater law enforcement focus).
Some people are incapable of holding jobs because they are addicts.

"Ugh johns are back in Logan Circle" is something OP could have said, yet didn't.

OP always blaming the women.
Women have the brains to make wise choices, right? Or are you suggesting they can't think for themselves and have to do others' bidding?
18 year old drug addicts selling their bodies to gross old men so they can get high? Who could object to that?
