That’s us! Why does it blow your mind? We love everything about it. We stay at a luxury hotel (club level) and have a blast at the parks. It’s our happy place. We’ve taken other vacations with the kids but they don’t have nearly as much fun as they do at Disney. They’re 14 & 16 now and we’ve been going routinely for about the last 12 years.
My teens would die of embarrassment if we vacationed at Disney.
Clearly my kids are losers and yours are ultra cool. Dang you got it going on PP!

Say! After your teens ride "Its a small world" at Disney, take them up to Dutch Wonderland to ride the frog hoppers!

I told my kids for this kind of money we could have spent a week on my home country and lived like kings!
Rant over
My in laws live in Florida so there was an appeal to stop by. We just did a week there and the horrifically bad food and expenses and so I will not be back.

Not mine. My 15 and 13 yo still love it. Obviously we're not doing anything with characters anymore, but it's a great few days to be in a place where nobody is trying to act too cool for Disney. Everyone just embraces it.

You need to expose your kid to other things. There's a whole world out there.

I don’t understand the people who go back every year, multiple times a year! There are sooo many places to go and see in this world. The world is your oyster! Go explore. Disney was once and done for us.
