What rights is op talking about?

Why is no one who has actually lived in a 15 minute city ever talking about all the “benefits”?

Just so you know, that move buddha article says that there are dreams of banning cars. The people pushing that are morons but there are activists that are doing so, so it's not really a conspiracy.

Banning cars in a dense walkable urban core is logical.

So now we've gone full circle. From nobody is banning cars to banning cars is a good idea. It's just like the book banners. There's a word for this...

Designating a small area as pedestrian only is not "banning cars."

Banning cars in one part is not banning cars, do you even hear how ridiculous that sounds?

Why do you Dems want to control everything?

Like letting people smoke cannabis legally? Oh wait…

Maybe you’re talking about abortion… no that doesn’t make sense either…

You might have D and R confused.

There are segments of both parties that want to control other people. Abortion, books, cars, pronouns, weed, cops, etc etc. The difference right now is that on the R side those that want to control are in control of the party and mainstream party members don't speak up but rather defend the morons. On the D side that is not yet the case. The people that want to control are not yet in power and mainstream party members do speak up in opposition to the morons.

However, D's need to continue to speak up against the morons because they're falling into the same mental trap that mainstream R's did re: book banning. Banning cars and parking is stupid. It's ok the say that.

Liar. A 15 minute city is not a small area. It’s a city.

Then why lie about it? Why call it an untrue conspiracy theory?

The fact remains. There are activists pushing to ban cars and parking under the guise of 15 minute cities. It is not a conspiracy theory.

No one is "taking away" gas stoves. However, in the future, not being dependent on fossil fuels is beneficial to the air we breathe. As such, there will be strong incentives to buy induction stoves and ovens.

remember when they took away our whale oil lamps?

You'll have to pry the ambergris out of my cold, dead hands.

It's an essential ingredient in perfume by the way
