Plenty of 50 year olds can eat whatever they want in moderation and be 5’9” and 137 lbs.
Really? Because I'm 50 and only one person I know 50+ can do this. And, I have a lot of friends. I routinely could eat anything, but as soon as I turned 48 I had to drastically change the diet I'd had for decades. I have no opinion on Heidi Klum or her diet, but I find your assertion is dead wrong.
What part of in moderation don’t you all understand?
The moderation pre-perimenopause and the moderation in perimenopause and beyond don't align.
They do if they lift heavy weights. I am a healthy weight and not skinny (5'1" and 109) but I don't deny myself anything delicious. And I would be a cranky, hangry person if I ate less than 1500/day.
You are pretty slim and some would definitely say skinny!

Agreed. I'm 5'1" and when I'm 114 I'm a size 2. ... 5 pounds less ... another dress size, I should think.

she looks, and based on her stats is, skinny fat. She does not look malnourished though, which is why I doubt she really only eats 900 calories.

“Much thinner”? I doubt it since to be “much thinner” you’d have to be dead.
Anonymous wrote:It's very possible. I'm about her age and my metabolism is wrecked by a number of things, including medication. If I eat much more than that 900 calories per day, I gain.
Anonymous wrote:She has an eating disorder.
In absolutely no reality whatsoever is only 900 cals enough. They used to feed POWs in Japanese concentration camps during WW2 that kind of calorie level.
I doubt she is able to exercise hard with that kind of intake. Probably just poo poos on the elliptical for 12 minutes per day or runs on the treadmill for 15 minutes at 6.0. Anyone who gets a serious workout would pass out due to lack of cals.
