Chicken and rice soup - you can start with a rotisserie chicken and it takes a lot of the work out of it. Serve with bread and butter.

Baked pasta with broccoli and sausage. Tomato sauce can be acidic so usually I just do a white sauce and ricotta or mozzarella cheese

Chicken divan

Roast turkey with peas and mashed potatoes

Pulled pork sandwiches with macaroni and cheese

Meatballs. Serve tomato sauce on the side and also have plain bread and garlic bread available to make meatball sandwiches

I'm a picky eater, and of these I wouldn't eat your baked pasta, your chicken divan or your pulled pork.

Then stay home, or tell your hosts that you will be providing your own food and meals. Preferably stay home.

By the way, this is what people really wish you would do. This is the way people really think about you.

Wow, I’m a PP who said my ILs are picky and I don’t feel like that at all. It really isn’t that hard to make simple food for a few days.

They only eat fried fish from Long John Silvers. No, I am not joking.

This made me laugh...sounds like my monster in law. Where are they from OP? Please not Ohio!

Yeah, my husband and his parents wouldn’t eat most of this. Hopefully OP can figure out what they usually eat and offer options.

My MIL who doesn't like anything with spices, anything ethnic, anything with cheese, pasta, garlic, etc. will eat the following:

--plain hamburgers (you can make fancy toppings for everyone else)
--plain grilled chicken breast (again, grill the rest of the breasts with whatever marinade/sauce/rub you want)
--plain grilled chicken or beef shish kabob (no spices, thread skewer with cherry tomatoes, nothing else)

Serve the above with a plain salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber), oil and vinegar on the side, and extra toppings in individual bowls for the rest of the family. Or you can serve plain baked potatoes (with extra toppings for everyone else or plain boiled veggies like broccoli. Nothing too "exotic" (like eggplant) or too much work/hard on the teeth (like corn on the cob).

That's about it. Rinse and repeat.
