It was pretty convenient that she hosted the Met Gala in a gorgeous gown and then nine months later exactly delivered a baby. If they were trying for a baby either they got pregnant right away Or they scheduled IVF.

That’s why I said could he be a boy, not he is a boy. The answer is yes - he definitely could be a boy. Regardless of whether he is a boy, which we have just found out he is.

Ryan just confirmed it was a boy just this week! My guess is they are now done having kids. Maybe that’s why they kept it a secret - they didn’t want people to assume they are done with kids.
