Ryan Gosling at the beginning of his post-Disney career- very polite and radiating from within.
Maya Rudolph- down to earth and charming. Meeting her was like meeting a friend’s best high school friend.
Ann Curry from NBC before she got screwed over by Matt Lauer- so tiny and beautiful and somehow completely unassuming. She would walk all over Rockefeller Center and get her own coffee at nearby shops and tourists never noticed her.
Brian Williams- friendly to everyone and very handsome in person.
Bob Iger- a true king and friendly uncle all in one. Took the time to know every little person’s name and background, and at the time I was the lowest ranked kind of assistant.
Martha Stewart- volunteered at an event she was running and she was warm and charismatic and not scary like I thought she would be.
Hillary Clinton- doesn’t go up to people but always acknowledges when people notice her and makes a point of greeting people on her way out of a restaurant. Way warmer and more gracious than I expected.
Matthew McConaughey at an after party. Didn’t really socialize with the other celebs there and instead gathered a circle of assistants, 20-somethings, and randos to hang out with.
I'm so happy to hear Ryan was nice. And those are the vibes I get from Matthew Mc. He seems down to earth (I mean, I never met him but that's how he comes across)
Bob Iger grew up in Oceanside NY. Very normal middle class town of 60x100 plot house that were all around 1,400 sf. He used to call his mom every day and was a good son. Nice guy. Grounded

Anthony Michael Hall - Incredibly rude to service staff and generally aloof.
Natalie Portman - Very sweet, had her family with her.
Those are the 3 so far this year. I live in Savannah and work in the historic district, so I have the opportunity to meet many actors while they’re here for filming.
