I think this is hilarious. Hollywood is so holier than thou when it comes to the diversity talk. But oh look! They really are just like us. Also, just really cringey sharing that photo. I doubt she asked if that was ok.

I think the most controversial thing is that Jimmy Fallon was invited to Jimmy Kimmel's ranch. You'd never see Leno inviting Letterman (or vice versa) or Carson inviting . . . anyone. Times have changed in late night!
