I switch it up. Today was a chicken sandwich and fries. Sometimes I do a Cava or Chipotle bowl, which I tell myself is a bit healthier. But other times it's straight junk.

That may well be true. But if you did a blood panel before you stopped and six months after, I will be the numbers would be better. Not that bad isn’t a great standard. And fast food tastes like garbage anyways.

Okay so you're an average weight, big deal. What you are doing though is rotting your insides with ultra-processed, chemically laden foods and seed oils. Health and weight are not synonymous.

From a diet perspective, I've done the smoothie thing for a while now and it's kinda like the weight watchers diet, one for breakfast, one for lunch and a responsible dinner and the pounds come off. And it's easy to stick to cause I like it as opposed to salads which I hate.
I get protein in my dinners.
Because protein fills you up. That’s what keep you from getting hungry which is what leads to weightloss. And you need it at every meal not just at the end of the day.
