So I’m a guy who lied about my height once on OLD, I added 1 inch because someone told me every guy lies a bit and women automatically subtract 1-2 inches from your listed height because of this phenomenon. So if I listed my actual height, lots of women would think I was shorter than I am in reality. Funny enough, I went on a date with a girl who called me out on it when we got intimate and literally made me take out a ruler to measure myself when she was at my place. I owned up to lying and told her why, then she said she was glad I lied because if my height was 1 inch less in my dating profile I would have been filtered out (I am on the shorter side). We dated for 2 years and it didn’t work out in the end, but this shows that a lot of women don’t really know what they want. Women will be picky for absolutely no reason other than because they’re on an app.

Going forward I no longer lied about my height FWIW.

I'm a 6'4" man and I find women who screen based on height creepy.

It’s stupid not to put something alluding to your high income in your dating profile. The expectation is that you put your best foot forward to attract someone you would like. Your high income is a big part of what you bring to the table.
