I am a shedder. I have very long, thick hair and yes, it just comes out randomly. I can’t help it and never know it is happening. What do you expect someone to do about that?

I don't think it's a big deal to check the floor after combing or brushing your hair. When I wash my hair in the shower, or anytime I shower, I always rinse the tub and shower liner down as a courtesy to whoever is using the shower after me.

Do you expect your husband to wash the sink out when he shaves in it? I do. So I also expect myself to clean my hair up.

You're lucky. My husband shaves in his sink, eventually clogs it, then moves over to my sink and doesn't clean up.

Meh. I'm a woman and I clean my hair out of the shower every time I use it because why would my husband want to see that? I also would pick up hair on the bathroom floor that I saw because that's just gross.

Good for you, but sometimes I miss a hair here or there. Maybe the woman brushed her hair in the bathroom and it slipped her mind to clean it up. It strikes me that apparently this is the first time the GF did something like that and then OP feels like he needs to have a come to Jesus talk about it.

My girlfriends with dark thick curly hair always clog the shower drain when they visit. One would clean or scour the drain out and out the hair was in the garbage, the other never did.
