A plan to live “30 min from Westhampton” only makes sense if you plan to live there year round because during the high season you would rarely want to deal with the traffic and parking to go to the beach.
This is 5 miles and a 12 minute drive from Westhampton Beach. With a pool no less. Pay a couple hundred for a parking pass for beaches in Southampton and you’ll be fine. And unlike any beach in Delaware and MD you can take day trips by commuter rail to NYC.
