For some types of takeout food (like Thai, Chinese, Italian), steam a bunch of frozen veggies to mix to the dishes in when you get home. There's usually enough sauce. Healthier and cheaper meal. Or eat a big veggie tray before going out and then share three entrees for a family of four. There may still be leftovers at some restaurants.
