Just to be clear— I think Riemer was terrible but I also think the housing situation is a national crisis of underbuilding and my WAG is that MoCo probably added more housing than the average urban CSA over the last 12 years so not sure that’s exactly what I would blame him for.
If anything, the council got criticised a lot for letting developers overbuild and (IIRC) buy their way out of a moratorium despite overcrowded schools and roads.
