Well, she is listed on IMDB as Writer, Producer, Actress. She's not really considered a serious journalist. She has 12 credits to her name as an "actress."

In 2021, she appeared as a guest host for the game show Jeopardy!, the first woman to host the flagship American version of the show in its history. Really? Apparently American audiences trust her enough to host Jeopardy by herself, but not the evening news.

She's a character actor who never fit the pretty ingenue mold. She's done pretty well actually, has worked steadily just not in big flashy roles. Not sure she even was after those though.


Circle of Friends is an under-rated movie and she (And Chris O'Donnell) are fantastic in it. If you haven't watched, you should check it out.

Chris O'Donnell WAS a big thing. What are you talking about? He worked steadily and in some GREAT movies in the 90's: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000563/

He tapered off to TV and lesser roles after that. Yeah, he's no Brad Pitt or T.Cruise level of fame but he was def a big deal at some point. (And a major crush of mine).

DP. She was already committed as The Wasp to the MCU movies, and the studio claims they never even considered firing her from that role, but: The recent dent in her career is due to the fact she did anti-vax social media posts and appeared at at least one anti-vax protest, all during the height of the pandemic. She shot herself in the foot with that and made herself look super conservative, even if she was "only" anti-vax. It wasn't a good look at all, especially as she was living with her immunocompromised parent at the time as well.
