Harassment is the dog whistle for racists. Without a doubt, for people to believe that OP said something racist she probably says some pretty bad stuff at work. So even if it was taken out of context, everyone knew she was a racist and it was the last straw.

You can believe me or not. It happened. People will use sensitivity on these issues to make something sound racist that isn’t. They know lots of people are eager to pick up torches.
For what it’s worth, my therapist, who knows everything and has even seen all the emails and texts about this event, is a member of the group I supposedly spoke against and she is fairly horrified that a bunch of white people used what I said in the way they did. No oppressed minority group was aided by my cancellation, it didn’t make anything safer, more equal, or more tolerant. The opposite, the handful of people who know the truth now know they must be extra careful about what they say and do because even benign comments can be twisted against you if you get on the bad side of the wrong people.
The problem here, OP, is there seems to be collective offense taken at something you said or did. We understand you don’t think it was racist or whatever. But there can sometimes be a wide delta between people intend and how they are perceived. I will say this follow-up post of yours, in which you attribute to a therapist a condemnation of the behavior/reaction of “white” people is a bit of a clue to how you might come across. It’s like you lack the self-awareness to consider a therapist’s job is to validate your feelings — but what s/he says to you is not evidence that you are right (or were wronged here).

I don't think it's news to anyone that cancel culture has gotten completely out of hand. Most people roll their eyes at those constantly out for blood... and they also bite their tongues continually, knowing vultures are out there. I am SO GLAD I grew up before smartphones.

Truth be told everyone is at least a little bit racist. It is simply a byproduct of our culture and the basic human need to discriminate (differentiate) between the myriad people and inputs we receive. Differentiation if how we make sense of the world. The real crime is the failure to just admit that and then failing to work on it. It is much easier and safer to point out the racist than address one’s own need for reflection and growth.

Reading this Im so freaking glad I’m an introvert with zero true friends. I have acquaintances and people I like to engage in small talks or even about serious stuff, but with no really stakes from either part.
My job is also not related to anything that a mob of people could eventually email or harass my bosses to fire me. I also barely engage on social media so my thoughts/feelings about certain hot topics are known only to a handful of people - not because I hide or shy away of them, but because I don’t have a “reach.”
My advice to you is to just shrug it off and carry on. Unless you are a politician or your livelihood depends on people liking you, don’t fake or pretend to appease a handful of people that ultimately are bigoted a$$holes.
Keep calm and carry on.

Offensive how, though? If it wasn’t bigoted, why was it framed that way? Offense is so subjective. But if it gets framed as racist to discredit me, when it was clearly NOT racist in context, that in itself sounds underhanded.
Calling people racist just because you don’t like them and want them out of the way is a really questionable practice.
