Conservative here. Wrong. My mom was a doctor and my wife is a lawyer. I respect their work.
If you try to raise a daughter with a progressive partner, what do you do about your pro choice partner teaching your daughter to fight for pro choice values? There is no middle ground on this issue. You either belive you forced birther view must be imposed on everyone including your children, or you believe in choice.
Sorry, but you are so dumb. I am raising three daughters. I don't teach them to fight, at all. All three are very successful in their careers, two graduated from Ivy League schools. There is middle ground. They all have their own choices, we don't impose our choices on our daughters.
What country are you living in? They no longer have some fundamental.choices.
Don't worry, they do.

By raising a daughter who is allowed to form her own opinion versus having to absorb a parents opinion. Is that subconscious misogyny I sense? Mom and dad or mom and mom or dad and dad or whatever are allowed to have an opinion that differs with each other and their kids
please. no one is born understanding human reproduction and its complexities. What and how you teach your kids about human reproduction will absolutely inform their values.
So your saying you have all the exact same values and opinions as your parents?

but he votes republican? ok.
Most the time but not always. He’s very thoughtful about his vote. So am I. I’ve voted for republicans when I thought it made sense.
Ok. Well then he is screwing over my daughters, sorry.
I doubt any of his vote “screwed over your daughter”. You have a very short memory if you think that. Also I hope your daughter is not one of the many sexually assaulted/harassed by democrats.
Also “talking about caring gif otters kids” how are you feeling about private jails… thanks Clinton.
No way we will be distracted from the disaster that is over turning roe. That is a fundamental assault on one of the most critical rights the citizens of this country used to hold. This fight is on and you are in or you are out.
Again. Democrats should have codified when they had a chance. They didn’t .. that’s on them. They put women last, again.
Again. He did not vote for Trump.

Anonymous wrote:The funny thing is, my father has always been very liberal socially and economically. Is quite politically active. However, if you saw him you’d think he was coming from a Trump rally. He is a pipefitter, tall and fat, and wears work boots, a flannel and sun-dried loose jeans everywhere. He drives a pickup truck.
My mother has always been much more strictly religious and is anti-abortion. She hardly pays any attention to politics though.

Give it a try, OP. It worked for me! DH is more conservative than I am (with a small c) but the GOP doesn't want him and he doesn't want them either. No Fox/OAN indoctrination to guard against, just boring Joe Rogan podcast reports from time to time.
I am saying this factually: the pool of men who are not white who’ve A) never been incarcerated and B) will be allowed by their family to marry you is minuscule.
