I was lucky I found a new family daycare in my area and got an Infant spot.

The government should fund more Education, healthcare, social programs. It's not enough. The US should stop funding free abortions for Israel. Israel gives free abortions with our American money

Give me a break, there are many people who work more hours, whose work is more demanding and are paid far less in DC.
Say that to the poor teachers struggling, they have to get a second job. It's not enough. Many have to use only fans to get money for their families and bring food on the table
Is better to be a Nanny than a Teacher for daycare Center or Family daycare.
Nannies are paid 3 times better than teachers. Sad reality

Op, find a family daycare. Imo a child shouldn't be in big crowds yet. Young children needs more individual attention. Centers don't give that, is chaos and tons of kids every day
