Give me a break, there are many people who work more hours, whose work is more demanding and are paid far less in DC.
Say that to the poor teachers struggling, they have to get a second job. It's not enough. Many have to use only fans to get money for their families and bring food on the table

Anonymous wrote:This is absolutely not typical for DC. My daycare sometimes pools classes at the end of the day but they are ALWAYS strictly within staffing ratios, almost always with more teachers than required around.
