They haven’t forgotten about you. They don’t want you. They don’t want middle class families with kids because they demand things and have the political power to extract them and those things cost money.
The city set out on a very specific economic development strategy to cater to the wealthy and childless with disposable income who require little to nothing in services except public safety and unfortunately the city doesn’t seem capable of even doing that anymore.
