Yes. I referred to it as waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was anticipating a twist somewhere so I really wasn't able to absorb the impact of the episode at the time. I watched it again just to focus on it stand alone.

It was all over social media—best tv episode EVER!!!!
Weird. I only saw that here.
Np. I saw several articles to that effect on Facebook and Insta.
I saw lots of people raving about it but not “best tv episode ever”.

That's how we used to handle it on Television Without Pity when I used to post there about television shows, so that people who just wanted to watch and discuss a show as it aired could do so without being spoiled by people talking about source material, casting news, and other external information.
I really don't understand how game spoilers is different than Game of Thrones, HOTD, Fleishman series, or any other movie/show based on a book. Plus I think I am the only one who thinks Bill is alive based on the game so it's not even a spoiler, it's just a theory. I asked Jeff to add in WITH game spoilers, so if you all want to start a thread with no game info in it, you may. - OP.
I agree with you, OP. The theory about Bill being alive wasn't a spoiler, it was just a theory based off the episode. It was particularly NOT a spoiler because (to everyone except you apparently) it was clear that the show deviated from the game in that episode, so any inside info based on game knowledge would have been inaccurate for that particular plot point. I think discussion about how the show paralleled or deviated from the game UP TO THE POINT PORTRAYED IN THE CURRENT EPISODE is fair game episode discussion. Difference between saying "that scene in this week's episode is similar/different from the scene in the game because..." and theories from there, versus saying "when the characters do this thing in a future episode that I'll know they did because it happened in the game..."
