I feel like a lot of these posters are being pretty unfair. Especially to Cole. Bartisse got too drunk and was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too honest with Nancy but the issue isn't his thoughts its how he ran his mouth to her.

These people are in PODs for, however long, two weeks or something? Talking to these people, falling in love with them, learning about each other on a very deep and intimate level. And likely spending a LOT of time wondering how they look. A LOT. I'm sure the guys all talked about it, the girls all talked about it, wondering wondering wondering. Then they make these really momentous decisions about going all in on someone. I think it is ENTIRELY normal and expected to come out of the PODs and be VERY interested in what people looked like, especially the people who you made it really far down the path with.

Cole thinks Zanab is banging, CLEARLY. He is clearly VERY attracted to her. He is also like 'yeah wow colleen is as hot as I thought she was' but I don't think his buyer's remorse is coming from Colleen being hot. It's because Zanab is being passive aggressive and insecure and they are not having a lot of fun together. He is just also observing these other women. Bartisse is allowed to see that Raven clearly is a smokeshow. HE did wrong by Nancy by coming back and talking about it. And generally by talking about how Raven and SK's experience was going. He focused in on Raven and was going on and on about her after the fact.

But the idea that you want these guys to be blind and completely ambivalent about seeing these other women they were deeply connected to in person is silly. Plenty of them have talked about how hot Cole is, but it is just an observation.
