Everyone in my life has something to teach me. We have a purpose in being together and knowing each other. As a change my thoughts, the world around me changes too. A new day. Let go of what was in order to make room for what’s to come. It may be time to release a relationship that has run its course, a job that’s lost its luste, or a depleting commitment. The past is over. What’s done is done. Acknowledge the feelings, learn from the experience, and give yourself permission to release any negative emotions or guilt. When one area of our life falls apart or ends, new opportunities fall into place.

Slow down. When it feels like our world is spinning out of control, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. This is a good time to begin a daily meditation practice. Your mind is the most open and receptive in the morning which is why it’s helpful to start your day with centering exercises. Cultivate stillness within and know there is no rush. At the end of our days, we won’t care about our to do list. We will wish we had loved more, lived more and been at peace. Don’t wait. Slow down now.

I go beyond other people‘s fears and limitations. It is “my” mind that creates my experiences. I am unlimited in my own ability to create the good in my life. I release the past and forgive everyone. I free myself and everyone and my life from all past hurts. They are free and I am free to move into new glorious experiences. I deserve the best and I accept the best now. I am mentally and emotionally equipped to enjoy a prosperous and loving life. It is my birthright to deserve all good. I claim my good.

As I forgive myself if it becomes easier to forgive others. When I make a mistake, I realize that it is only part of the learning process. No matter how old I am, I can always learn more and I do so with confidence. I am willing to learn. The more I learn, the more I grow. I come from the loving space of my heart, and know that love opens all doors. I have come to this planet to learn to love myself more, and to share that love with all those around me.
