That would happen behind closed doors if at all. There'd have to be a high bar for Secret Service to testify against the people they are tasked with protecting.

1. Trump KNEW some of the "peaceful protesters" were carrying weapons of different kinds, and

2. He asked for the metal detectors that are part of the security system protecting the Capitol and that screen for weapons to be removed!
