My Safeway in Kensington seems okay. I honestly never go inside! I use the app to order each week. Maybe all of the other stores have this, but this store is closest to me and I like the convenience of driving up and having my groceries put in the car for me.

Harris teeter is much more expensive than safeway everything is $5 at HT.

Safeway at Anderson Rd is much cheaper than the nearby Giant on most items. It is clean, brightly lit, and well stocked.

The Safeway at Chesterbrook (which is an older and smaller store) often is a bit higher than the one Anderson Road.

Balducci's is most expensive in McLean. Giant is the 2nd most expensive in that area for most things.

The Lidl is the lowest cost, but selection and quality can vary from item to item at Lidl. Lidl does have very good sales volume; it is regularly quite busy.
