Hawaiian shirts and various and sundry cabana wear: feels like I’m in Margaritaville all summer long. Also flattering for my Rubenesque physique. Feel the flow.
Flip flops are a must, 10 months of the year minimum. No fuss, no muss. What am I, tying my shoes? The Pope coming over? No thanks.
Cargo shorts are back in. Read a periodical once in a while. I also like comfy shorts (linen or that stretchy cotton) with an embedded drawstring. No need for a belt, easily discarded when the Missus wants to throw on a little Foghat and make some bad decisions.
When I do wear shoes: retro Jordans, or topsiders no socks.
Other key elements for a man looking to dominate:
Top knot
Stretchy jeans
Enough yellow gold jewelry to let ‘em know
Suspenders when I’ve got an evening event
PS - visible white undershirt under a dress shirt is the only thing I agree with in this whole post. You look like a child. Let that chest hair flow.

I think tennis shoes with khaki shorts and collared shirt looks goofy.
I think the afore maligned boat shoe looks best- Sperry Topsider. Better than khaki shorts, though, are the moisture wicking tech Golf shorts in darker shades which can be successfully worn with dark tennis shoes. I agree most men look better with casual shirts untucked, but sympathize with guys with shorter torsos who find shirts to fit like dresses.

He used to only do wear them indoors, but now walks outside in them and has been seen by at least two neighbors. He says if his new "product" is going to succeed he needs to get people used to seeing someone wearing them. I am at my wits end.
