I was going to say avocado, but every couple years or so I'll try some guac when I'm eating Mexican just to prove to myself I still don't like it, and I've eaten it in tiny pieces in California rolls, so it's not true to say I refuse to put it in my mouth. I also don't eat tofu/soy because it gives me terrible gas. That's not me being picky or disliking it, you just don't want to be near me after I have it.
This is how I convince myself to continue to try things. My taste preferences have changed as I've aged.
I do this with blood sausage every couple of years. I feel like I *should* like it, but I just don't.

I think we can pretty much agree that "Dollar Store [any type of food]" is on the list.

I generally do not eat pork, although I've been known to make exceptions here and there (how do you go to New Orleans and not eat gumbo, red beans and rice, jambalaya...all the best stuff?!).
I also generally do not like mushrooms, but have found myself pleasantly surprise on a rare occasion. My brother made a delicious curry soup with some kind of mushrooms (maybe shitaki?) that I actually liked, but I think it was because the soup was so good.
I know I shouldn't like/eat bottom-feeder seafood, but I love crabs in the summer. I just have to turn them around and break them open from the back because I don't like to eat stuff that has a face.
I suspect my "no eating of faces" policy will be challenged in upcoming travels to Portugal and southeast Asia. Still debating whether I'll join in on one of those touristy traditions of fried tarantulas or whatever in Vietnam/Thailand. TBD on that one. Might do it just to get a rise of of my kids
