There was a transparent process. Final interviews are not the place for that. Apparently the screw up by FCPS is expecting that community participants would abide by the NDAs that they signed. The lesson is they should not use community interviewers next time.

Because 50% of 20,000 is only 10,000. 10,000 total minority student is very little even if they are 50% of the total student population. FCPS has over 100,000 minority students.
