Yes, I would. I would expect a discount, and much of the profit should go to the state, and some to the prison to support eg rehabilitation services.
Why would you expect a discount? He's going to perform the same level of work.
DP here. He has demonstrated a reckless disregard for human life. I wouldn’t be his patient if it were free.

Actually this was my assumption too - she chose him for a relationship bc of what he could access for her.
She was a child when he started obsessing over her.
She was a patient when he asked her to work for him and then quickly took the relationship sexual and plied her with addictive drugs that he promised would take away all her pain and anxieties instantly:
The mother and sister did not approve of the relationship and saw her rapid deterioration soon after she moved in with him.
He violated laws and medical ethics.
It is repugnant to blame tbis unnecessary death on her.
