Interesting you say this..I’m 30s, good weight, exercise, don’t eat much sugar, alcohol or animal fat yet have cholesterol in the 190s. So not too high, but something to keep an eye on trend. I also drink 3 cups of French press coffee daily

You know, I'm 30s, good weight and exercise and got my first ever high cholesterol reading recently, andnI've been making French press coffee at home since the start of the pandemic. Make I should switch to doing pour overs.
The article says it could be a problem if you drink 5-8 cups of coffee a day. That’s a lot of coffee!
