So not only is Gorsuch not wearing a mask, he's gas-lighting us as well.
Also, the thread title is still correct because he’s a d**k for not wearing a mask regardless of whether anyone asked him to or not, or who in particular asked him.

Sotomayor did not feel safe in close proximity to people who were unmasked. Chief Justice John Roberts, understanding that, in some form or other asked the other justices to mask up. They all did except Gorsuch, who, as it happens, sits next to Sotomayor on the bench.

Why should he wear a mask when it isn't mandatory and one of his colleagues didn't take care of herself? Meanwhile I spent Sunday evening in the warmth of my childhood home with my parents without masks.

My feelings exactly. I thought better of him. What a disappointment.
+1. The circumstances of him being a white man who is so defiant willing to put a woman of color (with an underlying health condition that medical science tells us is a serious co-morbidity, no less!) in this vulnerable position just looks so terrible, at least from my perspective. Would he have made the same decision if it were Justice Roberts with diabetes? Of course not. What a raging as*ha#!
I have to say I was also surprised by this. Let’s even assume race or gender or anything else is not a factor here, it’s just an ugly, ugly, ugly way to behave.
