I only see worse and worse options for ridiculous price now… so maybe the Greenway Height’s 1.6 tear down was a good deal? Can’t understand this market lol
They dropped the price from $1.2M to $1.1M and now it's under contract.
DP. I don’t think so. It went contingent and now is off the market (but status didn’t change to closed). My guess is they got an offer and was unable to appraise so buyers walked. Now they’ll probably wait a few months and put it back on the market.
This place is under 1M now. Super ugly but if you’re on a budget….

It hasn’t been underpriced. It’s basically driving only into dc which with traffic….terrible. But now that people don’t have to go in as much it’s more appealing.
DP, and I'm not sure what you're saying but a lot of people have decided places like McLean are great choices for hedging your bets in the current environment. Not far from DC and Tysons if people eventually return to working in offices full-time, but also far enough from DC to get houses with more than postage-stamp lots.

Probably a teardown. There are multiple $2M+ new builds on that street now.
Under contract now.

Being sold as is, listing mentions renovate or tear down. Since the lot is .34 acre its likely to be torn down and a larger home built.
It's a very nice street, and even has a sidewalk for those who are obsessed with them.
Beats getting run over.
