$50m or more if you want horses.
Or you can be a business owner, like my family was for 15 years.
You can also be young, horsey and broke. Helps to be hot.

She used to work in the Christmas store.
She owned the Christmas Sleigh
She married the owner. He still owns it. He used to be there all the time. Not sure since covid.

I was just there yesterday and have no idea where you are getting tbis.
Americana used to be in Old Town. Fine antiques.
Brick and Mortar across the street is hilarious and irreverent.
Several high-end clothing stores.
The banks on the main drag are private wealth banks.
Cute ice cream store. Neat nursery. Tack Shops.
A brewery and a distillery.
It’s not a lot, but it’s hardly run down.
All the stores are for old people. No Whole Foods, no Mom's, no solidcore, no pure barre, no decent gym (forget about equinox), the closest decent derm is like 2 hours away. You have to drive 1+ hour in traffic to get to Tysons for some decent shopping. Median age is 55 years old. Hard pass.

They know that their kids have an almost 10Xs better chance if admission from Blue Ridge than they do from Carson.
Wow that is intense.
Not really. People already move internationally to give their child a TJ education.
Families and advocacy groups told the FCPS school board that they would do this if they implemented geographic diversity. There are plenty of families that are being strategic about where their child goes to middle school.
TJ is the #1 high school in the nation for free.
